About the firm
I opened this office in 2011 to do immigration work the way I thought it should be done: small caseload, written strategy, and the attorney whose name is on the door actually on the phone.

How I work
01
If a case is weak, you hear it in the consultation — not after you have paid.
02
Strategy, evidence list, timeline, risks and fee — one document you can re-read at home, in your language.
03
No hourly surprises. Government filing fees are always listed separately from mine.
04
Every client message gets a reply from me within two business days — not from an intake clerk.
Every file on my desk is somebody's family, job or safety. That is why I keep my caseload small and my phone answered.
